This is the first women's jacket that has fitted correctly on my Plus Size AU 22. The elbow pads are nowhere near the elbow, but I am told this is correct as they actually protect the forearm in event of a slide, not the elbow. Go figure. Wrist has multiple press studs for a snug fit, but in hot weather, leave them open for extra airflow. In winter I just wear a thermal top and add a bcf shirt (the weird nylon stuff stops the wind flow) if temp gets to single digit. Easy to remove the thermal layer when the weather heats up. Internal pockets are huge. White reflective strip under back of neck quite visible at night but adding LED strip lights like I did will make the jacket back more visible to other riders.
