Lightweight Sport Performance with Maximum Airflow

The Alpinestars T-GP Plus R V4 Air Jacket is a technical textile garment engineered specifically for riders seeking superior ventilation without compromising on a sport-derived fit. Constructed from durable 450D poly-fabric, this jacket utilises extensive mesh panelling and strategic perforations to ensure consistent cooling during high-temperature rides. Its pre-curved arm geometry and 3D pattern silhouette reduce material bunching, providing a more natural feel and improved performance in the riding position.

Key Features

• Extensive Airflow Panels: Large mesh sections on the chest and back are supplemented by perforations on the sleeves for maximum cooling.
• Durable Construction: Built from 450D poly-fabric to provide an optimal balance of abrasion resistance, durability, and rider comfort.
• Nucleon Flex Plus Armour: Includes CE-certified shoulder and elbow protectors designed for high-impact protection with a slim profile.
• DFS Lite Shoulder Sliders: External shoulder protectors provide additional friction control and impact resistance in a key slide zone.
• Tech-Air Ready: Engineered to accommodate the Tech-Air 5 and Tech-Air 3 airbag systems for enhanced rider safety.
• Ergonomic Sport Fit: Features stretch inserts under the arms and inner arms to allow for a precise, performance-oriented fit.
• Adjustable Waist and Cuffs: Hook and loop waist adjusters and zippered forearm cuffs ensure the jacket remains secure at speed.
• Enhanced Coverage: The rear profile is cut longer to ensure the lower back remains covered while tucked in a sporty riding stance.

Advanced Protection and Materials

Safety is central to the design, with the jacket achieving a full CE Category II EN17092-4:2020 Class A certification. Beyond the included armour, the internal fixed mesh liner features dedicated pockets for optional back and split chest protectors, allowing for a complete safety upgrade. The 3D silhouette design ensures that even with armour installed, the material flows naturally over the shoulders and elbows, maintaining the jacket's streamlined sport aesthetic.
