How Much Does Shipping Cost?
If you spend over $90 on bikebiz.com.au, shipping is FREE to anywhere within Australia.
Orders less than $90 have a flat rate shipping charge of $9 Australia wide.
These shipping rates exclude motorcycle deliveries, our Bike Sales Team can quote you on this.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are collected from us at 5:30pm Monday-Friday (excludes Public Holidays). Orders can take 1-3 business days to be despatched depending on if we have needed to order a product/s in to fulfil your order.
Bikebiz.com.au uses StarTrack Courier and eParcel Australia Post to ship our parcels. You can select your preferred method at checkout.
General shipping estimates are listed below, these times can vary during peak periods:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra | StarTrack: 1-2 business days / eParcel: 1-3 business days
Regional NSW, QLD and VIC | StarTrack 2-3 business days / eParcel 3-10 business days
Adelaide, Hobart, Perth, Darwin | StarTrack 1-3 business days / eParcel 4-8 business days
Rural WA, NT, SA, TAS | StarTrack 2-7 business days / eParcel 4-14 business days
Items classed as dangerous goods (oil, aerosols, etc), and bulky, heavy items (tyres, stands, gearbags,etc) are shipped via road freight with Australia Post. These CANNOT be sent with StarTrack. Delivery times for these items can vary depending on your location, so feel free to contact us if you'd like an estimate.
Will I Receive A Tracking Number?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once the status of your order has been updated to "Shipped".
The tracking number becomes active to view after 7:00pm AEST on the day it is updated.
Will I Need To Sign For My Parcel?
You have the option at checkout of letting us know if you would like your parcel to be delivered without a signature (Authority to Leave). You can do this by leaving us a note in the comment box at checkout.
If you do not choose to give Authority to Leave instructions and no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Do You Deliver To PO Box and Parcel Lockers?
Yes, we can send your order to PO Box and Parcel Lockers.

Our website will not support orders placed from other countries. Orders need to be processed manually by our Online Sales Team so that freight costs can be calculated.
All international orders are shipped via Express Post International. This service includes Track and Trace, and signature on delivery with a 3-7 business day transit time to major cities and metro surrounds.
Bikebiz can only accept payment via PayPal or Bank Deposit from overseas customers. Unfortunately, credit cards cannot be accepted for these purchases.
