Bikebiz Online Delivery Policy

At Bikebiz, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable shipping experience. We have partnered with AusPost and StarTrack to provide you with a range of options at checkout, so you may select the one which suits you best.

What delivery methods are available?

Pick Up In Store

Our online warehouse is located at 7 Great Western Hwy, Parramatta, NSW, 2150. Come say Hi and collect your goods.

Standard Delivery via Australia Post

Our standard delivery option uses Australia Post eParcel. We have done our best to provide free delivery via this service to most of Australia for orders of $90 or greater, however, there are particular postal zones, as well as particular products listed on our website, which will attract a delivery fee.

When you reach the checkout you will be provided an estimated delivery time frame to your address for this option and a price, if there is one associated.

Express Delivery via StarTrack FPP Satchel

If there are no “Bulky Goods” or “Dangerous Goods” in your cart you will be offered the Express via StarTrack option which is delivered via their “Fixed Price Premium” satchel service. For a little extra you can receive your goods sooner (for this weekend’s ride?).

When you reach the checkout you will be provided an estimated delivery time to your address for this option, as well as a price.

Express Delivery via StarTrack Road Express

If your cart contains one or more “Bulky Goods” or “Dangerous Goods” but you still want your goods sooner, then your order can be shipped via StarTrack’s Road Express service.

Bulky goods don’t fit in satchels, and we aren’t allowed to send Dangerous goods via FPP - hence the backup Road Express service.
When you reach the checkout you will be provided an estimated delivery time to your address for this option, as well as a price.

How much does shipping cost?

For a vast majority of orders, Bikebiz offers a free shipping option for purchases over $90.

However, there are some locations around Australia which we can not deliver to for free. In addition, some items listed on our website are considered “bulky goods” or “dangerous goods” which also fall outside of our free delivery offer. 

When you reach the checkout, we will take into consideration your delivery postcode as well as the items in your cart to calculate the various options we can offer you.

Shipping fees are not refundable, should you return your order for a refund.

These shipping rates exclude motorcycle deliveries, however, our motorcycle vehicle sales team will be happy to provide a quote to you for this service.

When will my order be dispatched?

Not all products listed on the Bikebiz website are held in our Sydney warehouse. However, our strong supply chain network means we can access products within a matter of days if we don’t have the stock.

On each product page you will see an “Estimated dispatch” time underneath the “Add to cart” button. This figure gives you the total number of days for us to receive that product to our Sydney warehouse, process it, and get it out to you.

All of our orders are dispatched as a single consignment - meaning all goods in one order will be shipped as one order. The total dispatch time will depend on all goods being received into our Sydney warehouse. The item with the longest lead time will indicate for you when your order will be dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries are collected from us each afternoon, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

When you reach the checkout we will calculate a delivery timeframe for you, for each option, depending on the goods in your cart and your delivery postcode.

The timeframes provided in the checkout are direct from each of our service providers:

  • AusPost eParcel for Standard Shipping (the default option for all shipments, unless an Express service is chosen);
  • StarTrack FPP for Express Shipping of orders with no bulky or dangerous goods;
  • StarTrack Road Express for Express Shipping of orders with bulky or dangerous goods;

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive a Fulfilment email notification from us when all of your goods are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Within this notification, you will receive a consignment number, which you can use to track your delivery:

  • For AusPost https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
  • For StarTrack https://startrack.com.au/track/search

Tracking numbers generally become active to view after 7:00pm AEST on the day we dispatch your goods.

Will I need to sign for my parcel?

Your order will be shipped with a default of “signature on delivery”. If you have the Australia Post app you will have the ability to give authority to leave for the delivery. The app can be downloaded from your relevant App Store.

If you do not choose to give Authority to Leave instructions and no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery with instructions on where to collect your parcel.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Yes, we can send your order to a PO Box or Parcel Locker.

Credit Card verification checks

Due to an increase in online fraud with stolen credit card information, Bikebiz will conduct credit card verification checks for new customers using a credit or debit card for their purchase. 

It’s a quick and safe process, where we will email you requesting your permission to process a small random charge between $0.01 and $2.00. Once we receive your authority to do so the charge will be done, and you will be notified of this. Once you reply confirming the charge amount exactly, we will refund this charge and clear your order for processing and dispatch.

International orders

Our website will not support orders placed from other countries.

Bikebiz can only accept payment via Bank Deposit from overseas customers. Unfortunately, credit cards cannot be accepted for these purchases.
