I am 6ft and about 95kg. XL fits perfect with shirt underneath. I tend to have tight fitting jumpers in the arms but these is more than adequate. I have no use for the hoody but it is easily removed. To clarify, there is no removable insert for this jacket. It's quite breathable by design and lets plenty of air in. I welcome summer now. Back, shoulder and forearm/elbow protection. You could easily wear this walking about.

Good quality jacket/hoody with protection in the elbows, shoulders and back. I also bought the D30 back protector for higher protection. I also purchased the Jeans to Jacket connector so that this hoody and can be zipped to connect to the Dririder Jeans. The hoody looks great and is very casual and comfortable, there are 2 external pockets and one internal and the hood can be removed. I got a size Medium which is a bit tight across the chest and stomach but a Large may ave been too long in the arms, the hoody is probably better being tight for airflow when on the bike. Great price and very quick delivery from Bikebiz. Highly recommended!
