Installation was easy. Needed to play with the spacing to make it fit the pack rack I already owned. Had Ventura products on many bikes in the past. Quality is always good, this product is no different. Very happy.

The rack as a whole is fine. Firstly I was missing 2 spacers. This was mailed to me so problem one solved. Then when installing the brackets it was really hard to tighten bolts as the bracket was in the way. I ended up making do with adapting what tools I used but all in all the design only needs to be changed 5mm and it would of been a smooth install.
