The store service has been outstanding and cannot fault bikebiz, the rack is rubbish broke on first trip away snapped the cheap screws Ventura supply! This is the second rack I have purchased, 1st one on my s1000r also snapped due to metal fatigue, stay away from Ventura, however everything I have purchased other than Ventura from bikebiz has been fantastic, and refund for the rack was easy and very good!
