Advanced Weather Protection and Climate Control

The TCX Clima 2 Surround GTX is a certified touring boot engineered to provide complete waterproofing alongside exceptional breathability in warmer conditions. Utilising Gore-Tex® Surround technology, these boots facilitate heat dissipation through a specialised ventilation grid in the outsole, ensuring rider comfort across a wide range of temperatures. This design balances high-level protection with the versatility required for long-distance road touring and light off-road use.

Key Features:

• Gore-Tex® Surround Technology: Integrated ventilation grid and side openings in the outsole allow moisture and heat to escape while maintaining full waterproof integrity.
• Extended Comfort Membrane: A Gore-Tex® lining provides industry-leading waterproofing and breathability for all-season performance.
• Groundtrax Rubber Outsole: Specifically engineered for touring and walking, offering superior traction on both the bike and various ground surfaces.
• Comprehensive Reinforcement: Strategically placed protectors on the shin, malleolus, toe, and heel provide essential impact and abrasion resistance.
• Ortholite Footbed: Delivers long-term cushioning and high breathability for increased comfort during extended rides.
• Side Closure System: Features an elasticated zip and wide Velcro® brand fastener panel for a secure, adjustable, and easy-entry fit.
• TPU Gear Shifter Guard: A durable TPU overlay protects the upper boot from wear and provides a tactile feel during gear changes.
• Reflective Inserts: Strategically positioned components enhance rider visibility to other road users in low-light conditions.

Ergonomics and Walking Comfort:

The Clima 2 Surround GTX is designed to be as functional off the bike as it is on it. An EVA cushioning midsole works in tandem with the Ortholite footbed to absorb vibrations and impacts, reducing fatigue during long touring days. The combination of flexible materials and the specialised Groundtrax sole ensures a natural walking gait, making these boots an ideal choice for riders who frequently explore their destinations on foot.
