Aerodynamic Performance for Sport and Commute

The SMK Typhoon Aerot is a full-face helmet engineered with a compact polycarbonate shell designed to reduce drag for sports tourers and daily commuters. This versatile helmet balances industry-leading safety standards with high-level comfort, featuring an integrated ventilation system that maintains airflow during long-distance rides. Equipped with an internal sun visor and a Pinlock® 70-ready main shield, the Typhoon Aerot ensures clear vision across changing weather conditions and light levels.

Key Features

• Aerodynamic Polycarbonate Shell: A compact design shaped to minimise wind resistance and improve stability at speed.
• Dual Shell Sizes: Manufactured in two distinct shell dimensions to ensure an optimised fit and profile across the size range.
• Integrated Sun Visor: An easy-to-use internal drop-down visor provides immediate relief from sun glare without stopping to change shields.
• Advanced Ventilation System: Multiple intake vents on the chin and top area paired with hot air exhausts for consistent cooling.
• Pinlock® 70 Ready: The scratch-resistant outer visor is prepared for a Pinlock® 70 anti-fog insert to maintain visibility in humid conditions.
• Hypoallergenic Comfort Liner: Breathable internal fabrics that are fully removable and washable for long-term hygiene and freshness.
• Quick-Release Visor: A tool-less mechanism allows for rapid shield changes or maintenance.

Climate Control and Internal Comfort

The Typhoon Aerot prioritises rider thermal management through a comprehensive airflow network. Dedicated chin and top air vents draw fresh air into the helmet, while rear exhaust ports effectively extract heat and moisture. To complement this, the interior is lined with hypoallergenic materials that actively manage perspiration, ensuring the helmet remains comfortable during all-season use.
