This bash plate is super easy to fit ,forgot it had arrived till I read the email so this review took about an extra 8 mins to happen: Fit the 2 foam strips on the inside of the bash plate Fit the two rubber bands on the securing plate Slide the back end of the bash plate over the cross - frame rail ( fits easy) The locking plate goes at the front ( turn it sideways between the frame rails ( laid on my back) an it locates securely on top of the bash plate. Screw in the securing bolt ( looks like the clamping bolts the use on push bikes) which is a good design. No difficulty fitting ( probably one of the easier ones to fit ( tried them all lol) Great price and fit so it gets a thumbs up , Polisport product is good.
