Elite Racing Performance and Carbon Construction

The Nolan X-804 RS U.C. Hot Lap is a premium full-face racing helmet engineered for high-speed stability and professional-grade protection. Constructed from a lightweight carbon fibre composite, this flagship model from the Xseries range integrates advanced aerodynamics with the Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler to ensure peak performance on the circuit. It is fully certified to the latest UN/ECE 22-06 safety standards, providing riders with a competition-ready shell that does not compromise on weight or safety.

Key Features

• Carbon Fibre Shell: Manufactured using a lightweight carbon fibre composite for superior strength and reduced rider fatigue.
• Ultrawide Vision: The scratch-resistant screen provides an expansive lateral field of view, secured by the Safety Visor Lock System.
• Racing Air Flow: The RAF ventilation system utilises multiple front and chin inlets with rear extractors to optimise heat evacuation during intense riding.
• Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler: A removable RAS rear wing designed to stabilise the helmet at high speeds and improve aerodynamic efficiency.
• Carbon Fitting Interior: Technical inner padding featuring active carbon filaments for temperature regulation and moisture management.
• Liner Adjustable Fitting: The LAF system allows riders to customise the internal lining for a precise, secure, and comfortable fit.
• Emergency Release System: Includes the Nolan NERS mechanism, allowing emergency services to safely remove cheek pads before helmet removal.
• Hydration Compatibility: The internal structure is predisposed for a Camel Bag hydration system, ideal for long-distance endurance racing.

Advanced Comfort and Build

The X-804 RS U.C. prioritises a bespoke feel by offering four distinct shell sizes, ensuring the physical proportions of the helmet are optimised for every head size. The interior is designed with a specific lower back profile to enhance neck mobility, while the 3D mesh cheek pads and glasses-compatible channels cater to long-term comfort. A double-buckle closure provides the most secure fastening method required for track use and spirited road riding.
