Track-Ready Evolution and Carbon Performance

The Nolan X-804 RS Argento is the successor to the acclaimed X-803RS, engineered specifically for high-speed track and sport performance. This full-face helmet features a high-strength carbon fibre outer shell, achieving a lightweight profile without compromising structural integrity. Validated through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations, the X-804 RS delivers superior aerodynamics and stability for riders in a tucked position.

Key Features

• Carbon Fibre Shell: Constructed from premium carbon fibre for extreme strength and weight reduction.
• Liner Adjustable Fitting: The LAF system allows for a personalised interior fit to optimise comfort and stability.
• Racing Air Flow: Advanced RAF ventilation system with forehead, top, and chin intakes designed for high-speed cooling.
• Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler: An extra-large RAS spoiler improves aerodynamic efficiency and reduces buffeting at pace.
• Safety Visor Lock: A secure mechanism that ensures the visor remains tightly closed during intense racing conditions.
• Emergency Release System: NERS technology allows emergency services to safely remove cheek pads in the event of an accident.
• Hydration Ready: Internal preparation for a Camel Bag system to assist with rider hydration during long sessions.
• Flat 2D Visor: Includes an extra distortion-free 2D visor in the box, suitable for professional racing requirements.

Advanced Protection and Fit

The X-804 RS is tested to the latest ECE 22.06 safety standards, featuring a multi-density EPS inner shell for sophisticated impact absorption. To ensure an aesthetic and safe fit across different head shapes, the helmet is produced in four distinct outer shell sizes. The interior is further refined with 3D cheek pads and a glasses-friendly channel, while the removable, antibacterial lining ensures long-term hygiene for active riders.
