Advanced Materials and Ergonomic Commuter Comfort

The Macna Obtain gloves are a versatile road-focused option designed to balance protective performance with daily rideability. Constructed from a sophisticated blend of textile materials including Nubuck and mesh, these gloves provide a flexible fit and consistent airflow for all-season use. Safety is prioritised through the integration of RISC 3D Temperfoam knuckle guards and a dedicated palm slider to manage impact and abrasion.

Key Features

• RISC 3D Temperfoam Knuckle: Advanced 3D-moulded foam provides high-level impact absorption across the knuckles.
• EVA Palm Slider: Strategically placed palm protection designed to facilitate sliding and reduce injury risk during a fall.
• Ergothumb Construction: A specialised ergonomic thumb design that reduces pressure points and improves control feel.
• Mixed Material Chassis: A durable combination of Nubuck, Elastane, and Neoprene ensures a balance of protection and flexibility.
• Mesh Ventilation: Integrated mesh panels allow for consistent airflow, making the glove suitable for various weather conditions.
• Grip Print: High-friction print on the palm area enhances tactile feedback and handlebar security.
• Adjustable Wrist Strap: A customisable closure system ensures the glove remains securely fastened and properly positioned.
• Bemberg Lining: A smooth interior lining that improves moisture management and overall hand comfort during longer rides.

Construction and Ergonomics

The Macna Obtain is engineered with a focus on natural hand movement and tactile precision. By utilising an Ergothumb layout, Macna has eliminated the bunching of material at the seam between the thumb and index finger, which significantly improves grip comfort. The combination of Neoprene and Elastane allows the glove to contour to the rider's hand shape, while the Nubuck reinforcements provide the necessary durability for high-wear areas without compromising the glove's lightweight feel.
