The pants weather proof and water proof i wont say 100% but 99%. I highly recomend this product. And highly recommend bikebiz website and the seller. Took me 2 days from order to delivery here in perth. Product had no damage. I will definitely buy again, and also they are competitive in pricing. 5star for the seller. 4.8star for the product
