Elite Racing Heritage, ECE R22-06 Protection

The Arai RX-7V EVO Pedrosa Shogun represents the pinnacle of motorcycle helmet engineering, meeting the stringent ECE R22-06 standard. This flagship model retains Arai's signature round, smooth, and strong shell design, specifically engineered to glance off impact forces rather than just absorbing them. Featuring the iconic Dani Pedrosa Shogun graphic, it combines professional-grade aerodynamics with a handcrafted construction that prioritises rider safety above all else.

Key Features

• PB-SNC2 Outer Shell: Constructed from peripheral belted structural net composite for maximum strength and flexibility while remaining lightweight.
• Variable Axis System: The VAS pivot point allows the visor to open and close in a lower position, creating a smoother shell surface to improve glancing off performance.
• Advanced Diffuser System: High-efficiency air intakes work with the rear wing to improve stability and airflow at high speeds.
• VAS Max Vision Visor: Provides superior visibility in all seasons and includes a Pinlock® 120 insert lens to prevent fogging.
• Facial Contour System: Utilises a foam spring support in the cheek pads that compresses and rebounds for a secure yet comfortable fit.
• Adjustable Air Wing: Optimised to reduce drag, turbulence, and buffeting, providing more comfort and a higher top speed.
• Antimicrobial Interior: Features a fully replaceable liner, neckroll, and cheek pads designed to stay fresh between long rides.
• Emergency Release System: Allows easier access to an injured rider by pulling the integrated tabs to remove cheek pads.
• Peel-Away Customisation: Includes 5mm peel-away layers on the temple and cheek pads to allow riders to fine-tune the internal fit.

Optimised Comfort and Fit

Arai prioritises a bespoke feel through its internal architecture, offering a thin centre pad to provide additional room in the front facial area. The Facial Contour System works in tandem with the replaceable interior components to ensure the helmet remains stable at race speeds while minimising pressure points. Integrated speaker pockets allow for easy installation of communication systems without compromising the internal comfort or safety linings.
