Flagship Protection with ECE R22-06 Certification

The Arai RX-7V Evo Blade represents the pinnacle of motorcycle helmet engineering, meeting the stringent ECE R22-06 standard while maintaining the brand's legendary focus on safety. This flagship model utilises a PB-SNC2 outer shell designed with a smooth, round profile to effectively glance off impact forces. By combining advanced aerodynamics with a refined interior, the RX-7V Evo provides a professional-grade racing experience for the street and track.

Key Features

• PB-SNC2 Outer Shell: Constructed from high-strength net composite materials to create a strong, lightweight, and smooth exterior.
• Variable Axis System: The VAS mechanism lowers the visor mounting point to maximise the shell's ability to divert energy during an impact.
• Advanced Diffuser System: High-efficiency air intakes and exhausts work with the Free Flow System to optimise internal climate control.
• Adjustable Air Wing: A race-developed aerodynamic spoiler that reduces drag, turbulence, and buffeting at high speeds.
• Max Vision Visor: Features a new shield latch lever for secure closure and includes a Pinlock® insert lens for fog-free performance.
• Facial Contour System: Provides a snug, supportive fit using a foam spring support in the cheek pads that compresses and rebounds.
• Customisable Comfort: Includes 5mm peel-away temple and cheek pads to allow riders to fine-tune the internal fit to their head shape.
• Emergency Release System: Integrated ERS allows medical personnel to remove cheek pads easily, minimising the risk of secondary injury.
• Antimicrobial Interior: Fully replaceable and washable liner material helps maintain freshness and hygiene across all seasons.

Uncompromising Build & Safety

Arai focuses on the "glancing off" philosophy, ensuring the shell is as round and strong as possible to prevent snagging during a slide. The RX-7V Evo achieves ECE R22-06 homologation, which involves more rigorous testing protocols than previous standards, including oblique impact assessments. Every detail, from the reinforced neckroll to the three-position chin vent, is engineered to work as a cohesive system that prioritises rider protection and focus.
