The engine of the Ninja ZX-10R combines power and control. Placing peak torque high in the rpm range helps riders accelerate out of corners easily. Features like finger-follower valve actuation enhance peak power, enhanced by a full race exhaust.
In addition to the highly acclaimed stability of the 2019 model, updates to the chassis geometry contribute to improved cornering performance and light handling.
More circuit-specific settings for the WSBK-developed BFF (Balance Free Front Fork) and BFRC lite (Balance Free Rear Cushion) shocks improve front-to-back weight transfer and contribute to lightweight handling.
The Ninja ZX-10RR is a limited-production (500 units) track-focused model that features enhanced engine and chassis modifications, including titanium connecting rods, lightweight pistons, a titanium coating on the fork inner tubes, and refined rear suspension settings.
The Ninja ZX-10RR features high-performance titanium connecting rods and lightweight pistons designed by Pankl, a company known for engine components in racing and aerospace. These parts provide around 500 g in weight savings and were specially developed for the Ninja ZX-10RR.
The Ninja ZX-10RR features a titanium coating on the fork's inner tubes to reduce sliding friction and enhance ride smoothness. At the rear, the spring preload and damping settings were optimized for its single-seat design.
