These boots look great as casual shoes but feel sturdy and give good protection. earlier in the year i dropped the bike at about 60kmh and it landed on my foot. broke my toe and bruised the heel but that was it. the boot took most of the damage so, while i limped for a bit, they did their job. tested for you all so you don't have to and i didn't hesitate to get the same boots again afterwards. They are comfortable enough to wear all day (especially after adding an insole suited to my feet) but there is 1 tiny annoyance. "waterproof" they say. it even says it on the label of the boot itself. i'll give them the fact that they are waterproof, in that they aren't destroyed by water, but then neither is a sponge, and that is what these boots act like in the wet. when they say waterproof you expect the leather has been treated or coated already but wrong. when you get these boots put some waterproofing on them. the first rain i rode in they just soaked up all the water and squelched bubbles with every step afterwards. The ones i had before the accident did the same so my bad for forgetting but just a warning to everyone. This doesn't stop me loving the boots but don't expect dry feet without treating them yourself.
