- Alpinestars' patented low-friction coating in the main EPS liner reduces rotational acceleration forces from oblique impacts. This layer mimics the brain's natural defence, cerebrospinal fluid, acting as a slip plane.
- Visor Release: The patented visor release system ensures the visor is released with the correct predetermined amount of force, effectively reducing the forces on the rider’s neck during an impact.
