With 180 mm suspension travel at the front and 168 mm at the rear, the TT-R125LWE can take on tough terrain. And like all the TT-R models, from 50cc to 230cc, Yamaha quality and reliability come as standard.
The TT-R125LWE delivers plenty of smooth power for spirited off-road riding. Being air-cooled, this punchy little engine is relatively simple to maintain, and with a 5-speed gearbox and manual clutch, both models prepare the rider for the day when they move up to a full-sized motorcycle.
The TT-R125LWE is a capable off-road motorcycle with a compact steel frame and rugged suspension. It features front forks with 180 mm of wheel travel and a link-type rear suspension offering 168 mm, making it ideal for tough terrain.
The bike has an efficient 220 mm diameter front-disc brake that allows the rider to reduce speed with minimum effort. A 110 mm drum brake delivers smooth stopping power at the rear end, and for good traction, the TT-R125LWE runs on a chunky, 90-section rear tyre.
The TT-R125LWE features a rugged chassis and long-travel suspension with a 19-inch front wheel and a 16-inch rear wheel. This larger diameter provides better ground clearance and helps it handle uneven off-road terrain.
The TT-R125LWE features bodywork inspired by our MXGP-winning YZ bikes. Made from lightweight, high-strength polypropylene, the fenders and panels are designed to withstand tough conditions.
