The XL750 Transalp takes inspiration from the original 1986 model with its sleek and clean bodywork. A smooth, comfortable, do-it-all crossover that’s designed to be at home everywhere. Featuring Honda’s newly developed 755cc parallel-twin engine which has mountains of torque and plenty of engine character with its 270° crank. A steel diamond frame has been specially engineered to provide manoeuvrability for tight turns on mountain paths and comfort for adventure touring. The new Transalp projects an unmistakable feeling of adventure touring in a package that works superbly on the road.
The 755cc parallel twin-cylinder engine delivers 67.5kW at 9,500rpm and 75Nm of torque at 7,250rpm, ensuring smooth performance for all rides. Its air vortex intake tech enhances low and mid-range response, while high-spec plating reduces friction for better power at higher RPMs, making it versatile for dirt tracks, city streets, and long journeys.
The cylinders for the Transalp are produced with Ni-SiC plating at the Kumamoto Factory in Japan. This advanced plating lowers friction and crankshaft weight, boosting power at high RPMs. The same plating technology is also used in the Fireblade, CRF450R, and F1 engines.
For 2025, the suspension damping rates have been improved for better ride quality and terrain absorption. The vehicle features SHOWA suspension with lightweight forged aluminium inverted forks and a pressurised rear shock. The rear suspension also includes adjustable spring preload and a Pro-Link aluminium hybrid swingarm for enhanced manoeuvrability.
The front brake features dual 310mm "wave" discs, while the rear is equipped with a 1-pot calliper and a 256mm single disc. Ride with confidence, whether you're on paved roads or exploring unpaved paths.
The Transalp inspires confidence on any terrain with 212mm ground clearance. Its 850mm seat height and 208kg weight make it easy to handle, while the upright riding position ensures comfort and clear visibility.
Weighing just 18.3 kg, the steel diamond-style frame is lightweight yet robust, featuring a strong rear subframe to handle long-range touring loads. The aluminium swingarm, coupled with Pro-Link, ensures smooth and precise control.
When you're on the road all day, minimising fatigue is key. Thanks to its new central intake duct, the Transalp channels high-speed airflow around the head area, ensuring a more relaxed and comfortable highway cruise. The aerodynamic fairing and screen boost stability and reduce wind noise at speed.

The assist and slipper clutch features an assist function that lightens the clutch lever pull, along with a slipper function that helps reduce the impact of rapid engine braking during downshifting.
Equipped with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC)D7 , Wheelie Control, ABSD9, and Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) technology, which alerts trailing road users to sudden braking.
The six default riding modes—Gravel, Sport, Standard, Rain, and two User modes—adapt to different conditions, adjusting power and braking for optimal performance. User mode lets you customize each parameter, including disabling rear ABS for off-road riding. Throttle by Wire ensures precise throttle control for a smoother ride.
The highly visible new 5-inch TFT screen is customisable and easily controlled via the 4-way toggle on the left handlebar and includes Honda RoadSyncD5 smartphone connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation and additional features.
The new XL750 Honda Transalp features an ambient temperature sensor that helps monitor outside conditions for optimised performance and rider awareness.
