The Z1100 sits at the top of Kawasaki's naked streetfighter range, and it rides like it — a 1,099cc in-line four delivers serious low-to-mid range torque, while a full IMU-based electronics suite (cornering-aware traction control, cornering management, an intelligent ABS system) means that performance stays genuinely manageable at any pace. This is Kawasaki's flagship expression of Sugomi design, built for riders who want the most naked bike Kawasaki currently makes.

Kawasaki's top naturally aspirated Z Supernaked features a 1,099 cc engine that delivers 11.5 kgfm of torque. The liquid-cooled, 4-stroke In-Line Four engine excels in the low-to-mid rpm range, offering strong performance and sharp throttle response throughout.

The Z1100 features an aggressive stance that enhances its direct throttle response and handling, allowing riders to maximize its sporty street potential. With an updated, wider handlebar position, the new model improves the riding position, resulting in sharper and lighter handling across all speeds for a more controllable experience.

The Z1100 showcases Kawasaki’s top-tier naturally aspirated Supernaked design with sugomi styling. Even when stationary, it exudes energy, highlighted by sharp lines and aggressive curves in the bodywork, engine covers, and intimidating front end.

The Z1100’s direct handling can be largely attributed to its suspension. The SFF-BP achieves both comfort and sport potential ideal for street riding.

The rear suspension settings contribute to the Z1100’s direct handling, as well as linear weight transfer under braking or acceleration.

A high-performance brake package features radial-mount monobloc calipers and a radial-pump master cylinder for excellent initial bite and stopping power. Lightweight wheels and high-performance tyres enhance the sporty feel.

KCMF monitors engine and chassis parameters throughout the corner—from entry, through the apex, to corner exit—modulating brake force and engine power to facilitate smooth transition from acceleration to braking and back again, and to assist riders in tracing their intended line through the corner.

Three modes cover a wide range of riding conditions, offering either enhanced sport riding performance or enabling riders to negotiate low-traction surfaces with confidence.

KIBS, Kawasaki's advanced brake management system, regulates brake pressure for sporty riding. By utilizing feedback from the IMU, it features corner braking management, which modulates brake force during trail braking or mid-corner situations. This helps riders maintain their intended line and avoid running wide.

All-inclusive modes for KTRC (3 modes plus OFF) and Power Mode (Full or Low) let riders adjust traction control and power delivery easily. They can choose from three settings (Sport, Road, Rain) or a manual Rider mode, where each system can be set independently.

Complementing the Z1100’s exhilarating engine character, the contactless-type quick shifter enables clutchless upshifts and downshifts for seamless acceleration and quick and easy deceleration.

The 5” all-digital TFT display gives the cockpit a high-tech look and features two display types. Type 1 shows a bar-style tachometer with vehicle info or turn-by-turn directions, while Type 2 features a hexagonal tachometer with an aviation-style lean angle indicator or turn-by-turn directions in the center.

Kawasaki’s electronic cruise control maintains a desired speed at the push of a button. It automatically adjusts engine output via Electronic Throttle Valves when going uphill or downhill. The set speed can be changed using the “+” and “-” buttons.
