DOHC ENGINE LAYOUT
The CRF250R uses a double-overhead-cam (DOHC) engine configuration with a unique design of rocker finger-followers. You get additional power and a higher redline along with the rest of the engine's architecture; bore and stroke, intake range, piston, and more.
ENHANCED CLUTCH ENGAGEMENT
The CRF250R clutch architecture now uses two distinct forms of friction material to improve clutch contact, increasing 18 percent of the previous model's clutch capability. It also introduced better clutch springs to accommodate the additional power.
REFINED DUAL-EXHAUST SYSTEM
The dual-exhaust system is light, compact and closely placed in the frame to take away weight in the back and to enhance the handling of the bike's centre. The tailored length of the pipes helps to provide you with lower and mid-range torque.
DOWNDRAFT INTAKE AND EXHAUST LAYOUT
The DOHC cylinder-head design let our engineers straighten out the CRF250R’s intake and exhaust tracts. This means more power and you’ll notice a better throttle response.
ENGINE MODE SELECT BUTTON
This quick, lift-on button enables you to push your thumb in the engine power supply character. Depending on track conditions, pick between Standard, Smooth and Aggressive.
HRC LAUNCH CONTROL
Here is a special ECU program: press the mode button, leave the throttle open, release the clutch and the remaining CRF250R. Starting with a huge advantage in the first round, the bike turns into a holeshot search engine.
The CRF250R has an electrical starting system without work. Comfortable and simple, it is an enormous thing to restart your stuck bike in the warmth of combat.
SHOWA SPRING FORK
The 49mm Showa® fork has a basic spring mechanism that helps to boost the stability, handling and sound of the front suspension of the CRF250R. The diameter of the piston is 39mm and the diameter of the rod is 25mm.
DOUBLE-SPRAY INJECTOR SETTINGS
Twice per intake loop sprays on the fuel injection mechanism of the CRF250R. This raises the atomized fuel without requiring a second injector 's weight or sophistication. Strong atomization of fuel means more control over and above the middle gap.
NEW TWIN-SPAR ALUMINUM FRAME
With exception to a lower engine cradle where the engine stands, the new CRF250R double-spar aluminum chassis is the same as the CRF450R. That is the basis for the exceptional handling of the 250's.
NEW SHORT SWINGARM
The short swing arm of the CRF250R tends to make the rear wheel more compact and also ensures improved rear-wheel stability for the vehicle. This year too, we shaved 160g of it, so that the build decreases the unprung weight of the motor.
