An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Service Receptionist / Administrator with exceptional customer service skills to work at Bikebiz Motorcycles in Granville.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service department as required. This will include taking incoming service calls, assisting customers, filing of service related documents, invoicing and providing general assistance to service personnel. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
Answering telephone calls in a timely manner
Update repair orders as required
Complete service banking
Follow up backorders of parts in a timely manner
Assist with service customer enquiries
Log all telephone calls as required
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
High level of professionalism
Previous experience within a Service Department is advantageous
Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Exceptional organisational skills
Exceptional phone manner
Superb interpersonal skills
