We are looking for a motivated, pro-active and passionate parts interpreter that thoroughly enjoys working in a dynamic team, in a very fast paced environment. Face to face customer relations is a vital part of this position as well as assisting with internal and external customers via phone and email -  strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. 

    This role is to be performed at our Parramatta Dealership - therefore you will be required to assist all customers parts needs for the following brands: Yamaha, Suzuki, Aprilia and Kymco. Enthusiasm to learn each brands systems is key to success in this role.  Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering of parts and accessories phone calls

  • Independently dealing with parts customers needs

  • Receive stock orders

  • Handle trade customer smash quotes 

  • Maintain face to face customer relations

  • Assist accessories team when required

  • Maintain trade customer relations

  • Assisting Sales Team provide the best dealership experience

  • Create daily part stock orders

  • Assist in overall cleanliness of part and accessories showroom and storeroom

  • Chase backorders of parts 

  • Assisting with annual stocktake

  • Keep accurate sales logs regarding daily payment methods

  • Monitor and maintain stocked parts throughout the dealership

  • Well spoken and presented

  • Great attention to detail

  • Confident computer skills

  • Adaptable in high pressure situations

  • Shows initiative 

  • High level of energy

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Highly regarded skills but not essential to the position:

  • Motorcycle Licence

  • Previous experience within the motorcycle or automotive industry
