Akrapovic Yamaha YZ450F 2026 Full Exhaust System

Close cooperation between Akrapovič’s Racing R&D and other departments has led to an exhaust system tailored for the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP Team, optimized for the 2023 Motocross World Championship. Designed to fit the motorcycle's space constraints, it enhances sound silencing and improves exhaust gas flow, minimizing environmental impact.

Made from lightweight titanium alloys, the system is 20.4% lighter (0.9 kg) than the stock exhaust. It features varying thicknesses for protection and reduced weight while boosting strength for demanding conditions. Performance-wise, it delivers an additional 1.8 kW (2.4 hp) and 1.5 Nm of torque at specific RPMs compared to the stock system.

The new surface profile provides a deep sound, complemented by an integrated resonance chamber that meets FIM noise limits for competition. Designed for closed-course use, it installs easily with a plug-and-play process, requiring no remapping.
