These terms and conditions govern the Bikebiz Parts Finder $50 Fitment Guarantee program. By making a purchase using the Parts Finder tool, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility Criteria
- •The $50 Fitment Guarantee applies to products purchased through the Bikebiz website (www.bikebiz.com.au) that display the Parts Finder fitment confirmation (green banner) at the time of purchase.
- •The guarantee applies only when a customer has selected their motorcycle via the Bikebiz Parts Finder tool and the product is confirmed as compatible with that vehicle.
- •The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer per 1-month period.
- •The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Claim Process
- •To make a claim, contact Bikebiz customer service via email at webshop@bikebiz.com.au or by phone on 1300 250 450 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- •You will need to provide your order number, the vehicle you selected at the time of purchase, and a description of how the product does not fit.
- •Bikebiz may request photographic evidence of the fitment issue before approving a claim.
- •Once a claim is approved, Bikebiz will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $50 store credit will be issued as a one-time redeemable code within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- •Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any purchase at www.bikebiz.com.au.
Exclusions
- •The guarantee does not apply to products marked with a 'Risky Fit' indicator (blue banner) at the time of purchase — these products have a lower confidence fitment mapping.
- •The guarantee applies to vehicles in their standard OEM specification only. If the motorcycle has been modified from factory specification (e.g. engine swaps, aftermarket frames, non-standard bodywork) and those modifications are the reason the product does not fit, the guarantee is void.
- •Products that have been modified, damaged, or show signs of installation are excluded.
- •The guarantee does not apply to universal-fit accessories (e.g. phone mounts, backpacks, fuel containers) that do not carry vehicle-specific fitment data.
- •Tyres are covered by this guarantee based on OEM specification rim sizes only. Fitment issues arising from non-standard or aftermarket rims are excluded.
General Conditions
- •Bikebiz reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Parts Finder Fitment Guarantee at any time with 30 days notice.
- •The $50 store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- •Bikebiz's decision on all fitment guarantee claims is final.
- •This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- •This guarantee applies to Australian residents only.
