Totally new shell design:
The Advanced Injection Moulded ABS Shell of the new MX1 is the latest in helmet shell design, and features ‘Power Ridges’ for enhanced strength and heightened airflow. Our stringent Injection Moulding process ensures every single helmet shell is EXACTLY the same, and results in consistent test results for the highest level of safety.

Dual Density EPS Foam
Protection liner: The MX1 features a two-piece, dual density crown liner that offers progressive impact absorption for increased protection. The MX1 also has EPS backed cheek-pads for enhanced protection and internal PU moulded chin bar for frontal impact protection with channelled inlet airflow.

New Chin Vent and Safety Shear Peak:
The high flow chin vent on the MX1 is coupled with the inner PU chin protector to flow cool clean air to the wearer through a foam dust filter. The new Safety Shear peak is adjustable and designed to shear away from the shell during an impact reducing rotational force.

Australian ANTMAN Designed graphic:
High quality graphic design by Aussie Custom Paint sensation ‘ANTMAN’ from Antman Helmet Design. Antman is the painter responsible for the awesome graphic designs on the helmets of our top V8 Supercar drivers - James Courtney, Russell Ingall, Jamie Whincup, Greg Murphy and many more!

3D Dimensionally shaped liner:

The MX1 features a new 3 dimensionally shaped liner, similar to helmets worth many times the price. It is made from sweat wicking Brushed Nylon material with 3D foam pads to cradle the head, and offers a level of comfort never seen before on a helmet under $200!! The crown and cheek-pad sections are fully removable and easily clip in and out for cleaning, and mesh sections flow air into the liner for enhanced cooling.
