Designed specifically for beginners, the 2012 KLX110 is packed full of kid-friendly features, such as an adjustable throttle limiter, neutral only starting, 4-speed transmission with automatic clutch, electric start, lower chain guard, super-smooth power delivery and multiple heat shields for extra safety.

More powerful 4-Stroke Engine

The 112 cm³, air cooled four-stroke engine, thanks to its CDI ignition, specialised cam timing and Keihin PB18 carburettor, delivers smooth, responsive power. Revised camshaft timing results in an engine more powerful at all engine speeds.

New 4-Speed Transmission

The KLX110 boasts 4 gears with gear ratios selected to enhance the engine's acceleration capabilities.The automatic clutch enables newer riders to gain confidence quickly by focusing on steering and balance instead of clutch coordination while a safety lockout system only allows the engine to start in Neutral.

Racy Looks & Electric or Kick Start

The little KLX’s sporty motocross-style looks is enhanced by new shrouds, tank, number plate, side covers and fenders that are modelled after our flagship KX450F motocrosser. A keyless On/Off switch located on the left handlebar makes starting quick and easy.

Capable Chassis

The lightweight chassis uses a backbone tube frame of high-tensile steel tubing and a braced mono-shock swingarm. Revised 30mm forks up front offer plenty of travel while revised spring rates and damping settings specific for the KLX110 allow increased rider weight limits.
