Light weight and a good fit

Just fitted this unit to a 2006 CRF250X, fitted it to the standard metal bracket and it fitted up very neat. Eliminates the bulky and heavy standard tail light/ number plate holder.
Also fitted the DRC602 LED indicators which bolted up nicely to the plastic moulded bracket beside the tail light. The wiring mated perfectly to the Honda connections using the supplied connectors however the crimp lugs are not the standard crimps, they are the type that fold over so you need a special crimp tool. Otherwise solder the connections.
No problems with the 602 indicators, they worked fine with the Honda flasher unit.
The combined weight of the tail light and indicators should be OK to mount direct to plastic guard and eliminate the bracket.
Only concern is the long term water proofing, can not tell if they are full sealed internally. Overall however highly recommended.
