Unfortunately I'm used to getting pretty mediocre service in the motorcycle industry and it is very reassuring to get good servicefor a change. It's not that hard to do, but so many people in the industry fail to get the basics right.

In your case you did what you said you would do, you rang back when you said you would, you finished the work by the date you said you would, you fixed the problem and you gave the bike back to me in better condition than when I left it with you, you even washed it.
