PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability advertised on bikebiz.com.au is pending supplier or instore stock. From time to time we may not stock a particular item instore, in which case, it will need to be ordered from an importer to fulfil your order. This can take around 1-3 business days from date of order (with the exception of special order items).

Should an item need to be backordered from an importer, we will, of course, notify you via email or phone of the expected delivery time frame. These time frames are subject to change, but we will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible about your order.

If you'd like to confirm the availability of an item before placing your order or visiting our stores, you can contact our Online Sales Team on 1300 250 450, or send us an email via our Contact Us page.

SHIPPING

If you spend over $90 on bikebiz.com.au, we will ship your order for FREE to anywhere in Australia.*Orders under $90 have a flat rate shipping charge of $8 Australia wide.

Orders are shipped via an Express courier service, and require signature on delivery unless instructions are given otherwise. Items classed as dangerous goods (oil, aerosols, etc), and bulky, heavy items (tyres, stands, gearbags,etc) are shipped via road freight. Delivery times for these items can vary depending on your location, so feel free to contact us if you’d like an estimate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Enquiries regarding international orders should be emailed to us via our Contact Us page.

Our website will not support orders placed from other countries, and need to be processed manually by our Online Sales Team so that freight costs can be calculated. All international orders are shipped via Express Post International. This service includes TrackandTrace, and signature on delivery.

Bikebiz can only accept payment via PayPal or Bank Deposit from overseas customers. Unfortunately, credit cards cannot be accepted for these purchases.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you happen to order the wrong size, colour, or you have just simply changed your mind about a product, we will happily exchange your item within 30 days of delivery if the item is not worn or damaged, and all original tags and packaging are still intact.

Please ensure any packaged items are returned with the packaging in its original condition (ie, donot stick return labels or sticky tape to boxes, please wrap them or put them in a satchel to avoid damage).

You can submit a Return Request by logging into your account, heading to the ‘My Account’ link and viewing the order in ‘Complete Orders’, then by clicking the ‘Return Item(s)’ button.Once the request has been authorised by a member of our team, you can pack up your return and send it back, easy!

Items should be returned with a copy of the purchase receipt and a copy of your Return Request (or a note detailing the refund or exchange if you have contacted us by phone).Should you wish to exchange or refund a product outside of the 30 day period, we are inclined to charge a re-stocking fee on some products. This fee is determined on a case by case basis. 

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified by email. If a return is a result of our error (ie, received incorrect or defective item), we will happily pay the return shipping costs. Please also ensure that original packaging and tags are still intact. 

Bikebiz recommends that you return your items by registered post, and that your pack your return securely. Bikebiz does not accept responsibility for parcels that go missing in transit when being returned to us.


Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to receive, process and ship your exchange.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to receive and process your refund, and for funds to be returned to your account by your financial institution.

(Time periods for items being returned to us can vary depending on your location, and shipping method you choose. Please allow us extra time to process your refund/exchange in this case)

HELMET RETURNS: If you wish to exchange a helmet due to incorrect size choice, please contact us before the helmet is returned. Bikebiz will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except in the instance of a warranty issue. Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return. Helmet returns are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not accepted until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable. Bikebiz recommends that if you are making a first time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. If you do not have a local dealer, feel free to call us, and we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.

IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?

Absolutley! When purchasing from Bikebiz Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.

128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact our friendly staff.
BIKEBIZ is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.

We will not rent, share or sell the information to any third party in any way. We request information from the customer on our order form. The user must provide their contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiry date). This information is used for shipping and billing purposes only. If there is any problem with the order (stock level, shipping delays etc) this information is used to contact the shopper.

MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS "ALREADY IN USE"?

When you place an order at bikebiz.com.au but do not choose to create an account at the time, our website will send you an automated email containing a default password that you can use to log in for future purchases without having to re-enter your contact information.

The website will recognise the email address as a previously used address next time you order, and will prompt you to enter the password. Once logged in, you can then change it to something that’seasier to remember.

If you have lost or deleted the email containing this password by mistake, just give us a call, and we will be able to change your password for you. Easy.

DO YOU ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS?

Yes! We accept Amex online and instore.
We also accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Bank Deposit as other methods of payment for online and phone orders, and cash instore of course!
