Are The Products Listed Online Readily Available?

Product advertised on bikebiz.com.au is pending supplier or instore stock. From time to time we may not stock a particular item instore, in which case, it will need to be ordered from an importer to fulfil your order. This can take around 1-3 business days from date of order (with the exception of special order items).

Should an item need to be backordered from an importer, we will, of course, notify you via email or phone of the expected delivery time frame. These time frames are subject to change, but we will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible about your order.

If you'd like to confirm the availability of an item before placing your order or visiting our stores, you can contact our Online Sales Team on 1300 250 450, or send us an email via our Contact Us page.

How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?

Despatch time frames vary depending if a product needs to be ordered in or is a special order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. Enquiries regarding international orders should be emailed to us via our Contact Us page.

Our website will not support orders placed from other countries. Orders need to be processed manually by our Online Sales Team so that freight costs can be calculated. All international orders are shipped via Express Post International. This service includes Track and Trace, and signature on delivery with a 3-7 business day transit time to major cities and metro surrounds.

Bikebiz can only accept payment via PayPal or Bank Deposit from overseas customers. Unfortunately, credit cards cannot be accepted for these purchases.

Do You Accept American Express?

Yes! We accept Amex online and instore.
We also accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Bank Deposit as other methods of payment for online and phone orders, and cash instore of course!

I Have Not Received An Order Confirmation Email?

Check your Spam/Junk folder, sometimes our emails can end up here. Email is our primary method of contact, please be sure to mark us as safe so that you continue to receive email contact from us regarding your order.

If you have not received an email in either your Inbox or Spam/Junk folder, check that your email address has been correctly input when creating your order (ie, check spelling, no spaces before or after the address).

If you are still having trouble, feel free to contact our Online Sales Team, they will happily assist you. 

My Email Address Is "Already In Use"?

When you place an order at bikebiz.com.au but do not choose to create an account at the time, our website will send you an automated email containing a default password that you can use to log in for future purchases without having to re-enter your contact information.

The website will recognise the email address as a previously used address next time you order, and will prompt you to enter the password. Once logged in, you can then change it to a password that's easy to remember.

If you have lost or deleted the email containing this password by mistake, just give us a call, and we will be able to change your password for you.

Do You Offer LayBy?

Yes. Bikebiz LayBy is a 3 month term. A 20% deposit is required at the time of opening a LayBy. 

What Certifications Do Your Helmets Have?

We carry Australian Standards AS/NZS 1698 approved helmets, and ECE 22.05 certified helmets. 
ECE certified helmets are stamped on the strap and do not carry a sticker.

Before you purchase an ECE certified helmet, Bikebiz recommends that you confirm with your states' roads and traffic authority to confirm that this certification is legal in your state.

Can I Exchange/Return Something That I Bought Online?

What Is A Security Check?

The security check is a loss prevention procedure that we conduct to verify that the customer making a purchase online is also the cardholder.
This is a one time procedure, and once verified, we can despatch the order.

Online stores are a large target for people using stolen credit card information. Bikebiz are very serious about protecting our business from fraudulent purchases, and protecting others from having their funds stolen.

Is My Information Safe?

In order to secure and prevent unauthorised access or disclosure to your details, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. 

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information. 

We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our payment gateway for processing. Or if you use Paypal, you are redirected to their page.
