Pricing

All pricing is in Australian dollars ($AUD). All of the prices, contents and specifications are correct as to the best of our knowledge and are subject to change without notice. We take no responsibility for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices and model applications. We reserve the right to change specifications, product descriptions, pricing and applications at any time without further obligation.

Payment Methods

We accept online payment with credit cards using a 128-bit encrypted SSL system (the highest security possible) and Paypal - the world's leading online portal. We also accept cash in store of course!

Privacy

BIKEBIZ is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not rent, share or sell the information to any third party in any way. We request information from the shopper on our order form. The user must provide their contact information (name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiry date). This information is used for shipping and billing purposes only. If there is any problem with the order (stock level, shipping delays etc) this information is used to contact the shopper.

Exchanges

If you happen to order the wrong size, colour or you have just simply changed your mind about a product, we will happily exchange your item if the item is not worn or damaged and all the original tags and packaging are still intact.

Exchange items are processed within the week they return to us so please allow at least 5-7 business days for your exchange items to return to you.

If approved by one of our sales team, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please make sure that all original tags and product packaging is still intact.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to exchange or refund an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of yourexchange or refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Security

When purchasing from Bikebiz Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Our current shipping rate is
$8 per order within Australia. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. $8 shipping does not include bikes, please contact us for a quote.
